As much as I’d like to believe this of a boss hog, this reeks of Satanic Panic “ritual abuse” fantasy engendered by false memory syndrome:

The daughter of a New Jersey police chief claims he repeatedly raped her for more than a decade as part of a “ritualistic” cult allegedly involving their neighbors…Courtney Tamagny’s [lawsuit includes her father] Scott Tamagny, his neighbor Kevin Slevin and others…Slevin has…countersued Courtney for defamation…the 20-year-old claims her father and Slevin…and…other middle-aged men…with masks on their faces…[lit a] fire and [burned] animals…[while] chant[ing, starting]…in 2009 when [she] was around 4…until 2020, when she was 15…[she] claims she suppressed memories of the abuse for years…and…began recalling them after [seeing] a…therapist…in 2022…[her] alleged[ly recovered] memories in[clude] the…claim…that generations of her father’s “bloodline” had been in a satanic cult…that…raped…children and burned them alive in…“tunnels” [where] they would…covertly [hold] their rituals…as part of a national cabal of satanists engaged in child trafficking…she claimed [her sisters and]…upward of 10 [other] kids were…in[volved even though nobody else has similar “memories”]…her [lawsuit]…also named the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office, the State of New Jersey, various state child protective services and others…

This girl clearly needs competent professional help, not encouragement from lawyers and quack “therapists”.

Creepy Coppers

Seems like a significant fraction of child porn is spread by cops:

A Montgomery County [Maryland cop named]…Mark Burhoe…[was arrested on child pornography charges.  In an unusual move], he…was suspended without pay, [but both his boss and an ex-cop criminologist used the opportunity to bloviate copaganda about how he would get]…”no special treatment”…

This one has double-distancing: “former” and “probationary”:

A [typical and representative Wisconsin cop named]…Owen Halls was [typical and representative]…when he was fired in March fo[r being caught with…child pornography[.  Halls was] reported [by one of his roommates] in June of [last] year…[but] police [dragged their feet for six months]…Halls [has already confessed but pled not guilty to child porn charges anyhow]…

When will the mainstream media admit that pigs in schools are a menace?

Just another kind of cop, with typical cop behavior:

A…Homeland Security [spook from Minnesota named]…Timothy Gregg…[has been] charged with the production of child [porn]…after the father of the victim found sexually explicit photos and videos of [his 17-year-old daughter] and an older man on [her] cell phone…[cops] were later able to identify the man in the videos as Gregg…who…recorded videos of them having sex, which…[was] consensual, [but she was below the Minnesota age of consent and below the federal age for legally appearing in porn]…

Cops should not be allowed anywhere near legal minors:

Hardy [Arkansas] Police Chief Scott Rose has been arrested and charged with [raping]…a minor [after getting her drunk.  Rose’s attack was reported to]…Sharp County Sheriff Shane Russell…in late March…[but he dismissed it as a “]rumor[” until]…the victim and her family…[reported the rape to] Arkansas State Police…and the FBI…

And they can’t be trusted even when their freedom depends on it:

[Typical and representative Alabama cop] William “BJ” Squires has been arrested for a third time…[for] violating his bond conditions…[by going] to…Biloxi, Mississippi on June 5…[despite being] require[d]…to stay in Alabama.  Squires…is [out on bail after being]…indicted for rape and sexual abuse of a 14-year-old girl…In February, police arrested Squires…[for] walking with his child in Westside Park after he was previously told not to return.  The district attorney’s office was trying to revoke his bond…because of that…[but] Judge Michael Windom [let him go because cop]…

Rapist politicians generally prefer to assault drunk women:

Here’s another one:

A Catholic priest…in [California] was arrested…[for] raping a minor…Fr. Jaime Arriaga…was removed from ministry…[because] the LA Archdiocese [can’t afford another]…$880 million settlement over…child sexual abuse…

Business As Usual

They’re trying to pretend these aren’t typical and representative by calling them “rookies”:

Two [typical and representative] NYPD [cops have finally been] arrested for [armed robbery of] two [sex workers] and [sexual assault of] one of them while [wearing their magical clown costumes]…Justin Colon…and Justin McMillan…[followed typical cop procedure by turning off their] body-worn cameras…so that their [violent crimes] would not be recorded…[prosecutors are already trying to prejudice possible jurors by barfing out the word “]prostitution[” and giving the rapists paid vacation since they committed the crimes]…in July…[they assaulted the first] woman [they encountered], throwing her purse to the ground and stealing a key…[they then] returned eight hours later and used the key to enter an apartment, where they [robbed and sexually assaulted] another woman…both women fled from [the dangerous thugs] after they were robbed…

Stalkers in Blue (#1396)

Cops are sexual predators who often specifically target traumatized women:

A woman who was groomed by a predatory [London cop] has received an apology from the Metropolitan Police after the [other cops] blamed her and spread false information about her mental health instead of investigating him…Phil Hunter…[was sent to her home on a so-called “]welfare visit[” after some busybody called them] in 2017…[but cops ignored her complaints about his stalking her for] seven…year[s until he]…was found guilty of gross misconduct a[nd sacked] in August…[for the same behavior with a different] victim…[the cop-defamed victim] said…”Surely predators are more drawn to vulnerable people with mental health issues than people that can stand up to them, so…surely they would investigate that more, not less, had it been true?  What about other women who’ve come forward who do have a mental health issue of some description and they’ve completely ignored them on that basis?”…

Police states define the bodies of all citizens as “crime scenes” which can be violated by “authorities” at will:

A suburban New York [cop shop sexually] violated residents…[routinely] making illegal arrests [in order to commit sexual assaults it called] strip and cavity searches…a new…[DoJ] report on…[the] misconduct…in Mount Vernon, just north of New York City, is one of 12 investigations opened by the DOJ into local policing agencies since 2021…No single [sexual assault] prompted the investigation…but the [sexual violation] of two [elderly] women…[was a typical and representative example, excused by rapist cops barfing the word “]drugs[” at]…the women…After an internal investigation found that the [rapist cops] had lied [to justify the assault, they were not charged for their crime but instead merely]…docked a few vacation days…Until at least the fall of 2022, it was the Mount Vernon [rape gang]’s practice to [molest and violate] every person it arrested…[sometimes] also s[exually assaulting] people they did not [even bother to falsely accuse of crimes]…

It’s too bad cops don’t spend all of their time fantasy role-playing with each other:

A [California screw named]…Anthony Michael Russo…died by suicide at his home…[after he propositioned and sent porn to another cop fantasy role-playing]…as a 15-year-old [on the internet.  His boss then made a big show of crocodile tears over the predictable result of his entrapment scheme]…

The people of Maypearl [Texas] trusted Police Chief Kevin Coffey.  Few were aware that Maypearl was the eighth [cop shop] that Coffey had worked at in 11 years.  Fewer knew that there was a trail of accusations and secrets in his past.  And none could have predicted the destruction he would wreak in their town.  The kids would eventually call him The Creeper.  The adults would denounce him as a monster.  The prosecutors who put him away for child sexual abuse would describe him as a master manipulator “who groomed the community”…

The US Bureau of Prisons (BoP) has agreed to pay $115m to more than 100 [victims] of [serial rape by screws and other staff]…at FCI Dublin…[AKA] the “rape club”…Victims who came forward to report the abuse have been fighting for years for protections and accountability.  Seven former Dublin employees, including the warden…and…chaplain, have been criminally convicted of sexual crimes, and more than 20 other employees were [rewarded with paid vacations]…The settlement appears to be the largest single payout in BoP history…and…includes a proposed consent decree…[which] covers nearly 500 class members who are…now [cag]ed in other prisons.  The consent decree stipulates that the the bureau will be subject to continued outside monitoring and will…limit the use of solitary confinement…and release eligible plaintiffs to home confinement and community programs “as soon as practicable”.  Survivors of the Dublin [atrocities] shipped to other prisons [like cattle] have reported continued…retaliation and…[denial of] access [to] trauma recovery services…some of the victims were targeted because they were not US citizens and…face ongoing deportation risks…

A [typical and representative] Kansas [cop] about to [finally] stand trial on charges that he kidnapped and raped two women…was found dead [by suicide on December 2.  Cops]…discovered the body of Roger Golubski…after he failed to show up [to face the music] in his long-awaited trial in Topeka…Golubski was…[a serial rapist of] vulnerable Black women…[who] hand-picked his victims[, many of them sex workers,] because he was confident they would never be believed….federal authorities [were also prosecuting him for being part of a violent pimping scheme.  For decades, boss cops ignored stacks of complaints about Golubski’s use of threats and sexual violence to cultivate a vast network of informants and coerce some of them into fabricating testimony to cage innocent human beings he targeted, but that changed when one of his victims], Lamonte McIntyre, [sued him after being] released from prison in 2017 after more than 23 years behind bars.  The parties settled the case in June 2022 with county officials agreeing to pay the McIntyres $12.5 million…

It isn’t often cops reap the consequences of their crimes:

A [typical and representative] New York City [cop has been] convicted…[for molesting or attempting to molest] four underage boys…Christopher Terranova…said he would appeal [because they wanted it.  His lawyer] added…“Chris…is…sexy…because he was a cop”…

The obfuscatory language in this one is even more intentionally-confusing than usual:

A…[cop paid by] the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission [to lie to women in order to ruin their lives] was fired…[for raping one of the state’s] victim[s] during a major [scheme to destroy ]…9 different nightclubs across north and east Houston…Moises Felipe Moreno…was…[not] charge[d, allowing him to be]…hired by [a different Texas cop shop which was fully aware they were hiring a known rapist]…

If Men Were Angels

You’d think “youth pastor” would be a big red flag by now:

A [South Carolina] youth pastor [named]…Andrew Payne was arrested and charged with [molesting]…a minor in the [congregation]…he…was [report]ed on January 14 [but the cops only got around to arresting him in October]…

But go on, keep teaching kids to respect these “authorities”:

A MAGA youth pastor favored by…Jerry Falwell Jr has been charged with coercing minors to [submit to rape] and send him pornographic images.  Zachary Radcliff…of…Michigan [has been molesting teens since at least]…2011…

Droit du Seigneur (#1174)

This is a long, detailed look at what happens when an entitled rapist cop is caught: a horrifying ordeal for the victim, and nearly every part of the criminal court system bending over backward to accommodate, make excuses for, and coddle the rapist, even after conviction; in this case, rapist boss hog Larry Clay has used various excuses to have his sentencing delayed 12 times since his conviction in April of ’23, so as to delay his transfer from a small-town jail where he’s relatively well-treated “to a federal prison as a former police chief and convicted child sex offender”.

Business As Usual (#1254)

These rapists only faced consequences because a prosecutor was squicked out by their behavior:

Lewisville [Texas boss hog] Brook Rollins [was] publicly [forced to slap the wrists of 13 rapist cops, but still made excuses for their crimes]…he was [put into the position]…when the district attorney refused to prosecute 28 [victims of]…the [rapists]…with the…prostitut[ion charges the rapists tried to saddle them with.  Three were fired]…one…was demoted.  [The rest got little more than reprimands, but none were charged with sexual assault or rape]…

It’s unusual that they didn’t make this sound like the rapist was doing his victims a favor:

The owner of a bail bonds company [in] Central Florida has been arrested on charges of human trafficking and racketeering…Russell “Bruce” Moncrief of Moncrief Bail Bonds…[forced women] to [submit to rape]…in exchange for being bonded out of jail…If a [woman] refused to [submit], she would not be bonded out or her bond was revoked…Moncrief [has apparently] been engaging in these practices for over a decade…

When will the mainstream media admit that pigs in schools are a menace?

[A Utah cop paid to lurk in schools in order to spy on, harass, and intimidate students] has been arrested for [molesting]…a minor.  Colton Johansen was a[lso charged with] tampering with evidence [but actually gave himself away somehow.  The cops want you to]…believe…the [student he molested was at a different]…school [from the one they are responsible for giving him access to]…

A [typical and representative] Aurora [Colorado cop] faces criminal charges for raping his daughter and continually sexually assaulting her and his two adopted daughters, but he remains [at large] while his ex-wife is in jail for objecting to court-ordered [convers]ion therapy meant to [brainwash] his…two [minor] sons [into “forgiving” him for abusing them, raping their sister, and attempting to murder their older brother]…Rachel Pickrel-Hawkins…said the [so-called “]therapy[“] by Christine Bassett…has been harmful, abusive and counterproductive…and…Bassett has supported the efforts by her [rapist cop] ex-husband, Michael Hawkins, to gain sole custody of the [boys]…such therapy and its potential harms are increasingly coming under fire in Colorado…[whose “]family court system[“]…has been plagued by accusations of bias, usually from mothers who…are punished…when they seek to protect their children from abusive fathers…

Creepy Coppers (ROTW #9)

Had he not been caught, this would’ve soon escalated:

A [Mississippi cop named Tyson Rushing, who was paid to spy on, harass, and intimidate] Elementary School [students]…was arrested and charged with [spying on prepubescent girls for sexual gratification.  Officials and politicians bloviated that it wasn’t their fault even though they were the ones who gave a sexually-aggressive man power over little girls]…

It’s rare for cops to actually be indicted for murders they commit:

[Typical and representative] Massachusetts [cop] Matthew Farwell has been [indicted for murdering] Sandra Birchmore in 2021 while she was pregnant with…his child…then staged the scene to make it look like…suicide…Farwell…[had repeatedly molested and raped] Birchmore …before she turned 16…[after seducing her via a  grooming] program [starting]…in 2012…”When it became clear that…Farwell…could no longer control Sandra Birchmore, he…silenced her permanently,” [said prosecutor] Joshua Levy…

Just another kind of federal cop, with behavior to match:

A federal jury has convicted a [typical and representative] Border Patrol [thug] of abducting and [rap]ing a 15-year-old girl in southern Arizona.  Aaron Mitchell…approached the student as she was waiting for school to start and “asked for her papers” before [flashing his badge]…and [claiming he was arresting her]…he…then…brought [her] to his apartment [and raped] her [repeatedly for] several hours.  Mitchell eventually [dumped her] back [at her] school and told her not to tell anyone…[but] had made an internet search while…holding the girl captive to find out “how long it takes to smother someone”…[he] is now facing a life sentence…

Cops should not be allowed anywhere near legal minors:

An Indianapolis [cop named]…Kamal Bola…[has been arrested and] charged with…three counts of child molesting, [including] one [instance where] he [threatened] the [victim with] deadly force…[and was reported by the victim’s] family…Bola [is] the fourth…Indianapolis [cop]…arrested…this year…[for] sex crimes.  Javed Richards was arrested in August…[for] child pornography…Myron Howard was arrested in April [for multiple rapes]…And…Paul Humphrey…was a[rest]ed [in January for repeatedly] sexually abusing [the] 15-year-old [daughter of people who thought he was a friend]…

Another fine example of McNeill’s Law:

Aberdeen Councilman Riley Carter…was arrested [on July 30th for]…rape of a child…The victim…stat[Ed] that Carter had touched them sexually “a lot of times”…over the last two years, as often as several times per week…Carter would unplug a camera…in the…bedroom before…[molesting], as well as cameras in areas leading to the room…after his arrest…Carter…[confessed to] the Grays Harbor Sheriff’s Office…

Out of Control (#1374)

What is wrong with doctors who do this?

…A…Missoula [Montana] emergency room doctor [named Tyler James Hurst], who is charged with a slew of sex crimes, [appeared] in court via Zoom from a [“]sex addiction[” blame-avoiding] facility in Mississippi…[because] seven victims [so far] have [reported]…that…Hurst…[molested] them…and in some cases g[ave them] opiates and [raped] them…the state asked that he be [extradited] from Mississippi and [jailed] in…[Montana] on a $750,000 bond…victims are still coming forward and more charges are still in the process of being filed…Hurst is planning to return to Montana, to be [confined to] another [“]sex addiction[” blame-avoiding] ranch in Corvallis….[with] a GPS monitor…if he is removed from the program, he is to [be] immediately [jailed]…

Torture Chamber (#1390)

“Failed to protect them from sexual abuse” is such a sterile way to say “repeatedly raped them”:

The U.S. Department of Justice found unconstitutional conditions at all five of Texas’ juvenile detention facilities, where [young adults] were exposed to excessive force, sexual abuse and in the case of disabled [minors, maltreatment] that [was used as an excuse by screws to keep] them [locked] in c[ages] longer or [to send] them to adult prisons…[screws] excessively used pepper spray on [young people], employed dangerous restraint techniques…kept [them] isolated for days or weeks on end…[and facilitated] a “pervasive atmosphere of sexual abuse, grooming and [rape by] staff”…

Reporters: get it through your thick skulls that infantilizing young victims of governmental brutality as “children” does not help them, and in fact further cultivates a climate in which they are treated as less than adult citizens.
