It’s the first time the country’s largest anti-a[utonomy] organization has publicly endorsed this interpretation of the Comstock Act, signaling that a once-fringe reading of the dormant law has gone mainstream within the [forced-birth] movement—and that these groups are coming for more than just abortion pills…Comstock bans mailing any article or thing that can be used for abortions…including…devices and other supplies sent to brick-and-mortar abortion clinics. These same drugs, devices, and supplies are also used for routine obstetric care, including miscarriage management and treatment of postpartum hemorrhage…

It should be a felony to propose a bill that is facially unconstitutional:
U.S. District Judge…David Hittner [has once again] ruled that Texas’ law banning drag shows around minors is “facially overbroad” and “unconstitutionally vague”…Hittner had originally ruled SB 12 unconstitutional in 2023, shortly after it was passed…[but psychopath-]General Ken Paxton appealed [the] ruling to the…Fifth Circuit…which…sent the case back to Hittner…who…[pointed out that] banning…[any] performance…that…”appeals to the prurient interest in sex”…might…apply to performers as varied as Elvis Presley…Dolly Parton, and Miley Cyrus…
These showboat bills waste public money for politicians’ virtue-signaling; the only allowable defense should be that the politician was too stupid to understand the plain language of the Constitution.
When Ambulance-Chasers Run the Hospitals (#1626)
The open internet will soon be a thing of the past:
…[Facebook] has settled with 52 state and local Attorneys General who had sued the company in some form or another [using the excuse of “]child safety[“]…the years-long case…against [it] ends, and [Zuckerberg] pays…approximately $18 billion…[and] will implement a bunch of changes to its platforms…everyone involved knows full well that no government could mandate these feature changes without violating the First Amendment. But now that it’s in a “settlement”…people are cheering this on, without realizing the damage it will do…For a few decades now, when basically all Attorneys General would get together to threaten and/or sue tech companies, it was almost always over bullshit headline grabbing claims where the AGs either had no jurisdiction or ability to legally do anything…these efforts are so resource intensive, so expensive, and so draining that it’s no surprise that most companies end up “settling” by agreeing to do things that the government simply cannot force a company to do. But because it’s a “settlement” people act like it’s not the government doing it…The other bit of background worth understanding here is that [Facebook] has been…practically begging for Congress to pass child safety legislation that only the largest companies (like itself) could comply with…[such as] FOSTA…it’s been pretty consistently losing the innovation race, and the government granting it a regulatory moat that smaller competitors can’t cross would be a godsend…[especially when i]t looks like…“losing” a lawsuit…
He was named “Deputy of the Year” for exemplifying cops’ true nature so well:
[A Florida cop named] Michael Fultz [was allowed to] resign…[rather than being fired] for…extreme…sexual misconduct, racism, and abuse…Brevard County named Fultz its Deputy of the Year in 2025. The day of the ceremony [his] ex-girlfriend sent a letter…to the sheriff’s office with a long list of complaints about his behavior…which [prompted]…the…discover[y that] he’d used Flock to stalk her…[further] investigation found Fultz had posed for pictures as Adolf Hitler, freely used racial slurs in texts, masturbated on camera in his p[igmobile, shoved his gun into]…his ex-girlfriend[‘s]…mouth during sex [and took pictures, and] repeatedly [covered]…his motorcycle [license plate while speeding over 100 mph so he could look like a big man on]…Instagram and TikTok…the sexual encounter where…he [threatened to murder his girlfriend] occurred [immediately after he murdered a man in April 2025, then blamed his victim]…
Cops will abuse warrantless surveillance for as long as it exists:
A…[Kentucky cop was actually]…suspended…and…charge[d] for [repeat]edly using license plate reader cameras to track and harass [his ex-girlfriend] in Kentucky and Indiana…Asad Zahir …used…Flock…to conduct more than 2,000 searches on [her] from January through May of this year, [despite]…an Indiana…[“]protective order[“] against him…Zahir…[abused the system so egregiously Flock’s software reported him to his bosses]…
Cops are angry that people hate unconstitutional surveillance:
A…Florida [cop shop] used “decoy” Flock cameras that a…[pig] 3D-printed at home to “bait” [citizens concerned about unconstitutional surveillance]…then charged a man with three felonies after he cut down and destroyed one…Oviedo, Florida mayor Megan Sladek said she “had NO idea” that [cops were planning this scam]…Despite the decoy camera being worth, at most, several dollars worth of plastic filament, Evan Meyer was charged with…[“]attempted[” felonies]…Meyer ad[mitted that he targeted the make-believe] camera…specifically…[because it] was close…to his house…The [pig scheme] is reminiscent of Amazon “package sting” [scam]s that several [cop shops] attempted several years ago, in which empty Amazon boxes were placed on people’s porches while p[igs lurked to spy]…result[ing] in zero known arrests…

Cops usually make up some pretext, however flimsy, for their armed robbery schemes:
Two Phoenix [cops] have been arrested and fired for [brutally robbing two people at gunpoint after tricking them into pulling over under guise of] a…traffic stop…Luis Vasquez Jr. and Antonio Felix…repeatedly shocked [the male driver] with a stun gun and [also] punched [him. They also yanked] his girlfriend…[out of] the vehicle…[twisted her]
arm [behind her back, violently] handcuffed [her] and [shoved her into the back of a pigmobile]…The [cops] also…threatened to shoot [the driver] before…eventually [letting him] drive away…
The only way to fully protect data is not to collect it:
…Microsoft…shared the names of Dutch [bureaucra]ts working for two [bureaus]…with the U.S. House of Representatives…The [bureaucra]ts involved are working on implementing the Digital Services Act (DSA), the European [censorship] law that forces online platforms to [censor anything politicians declare “]illegal[“]…Microsoft shared emails…and [other paperwork]…without redacting their names…due to the Cloud Act[, which also works in the opposite direction by allowing foreign cops to demand US data without a warrant]…
“Coming for” anything or anybody is intrinsically an act of tyranny:
…“Dark, demonic content”…[inanely barfed] Bonnie Wallace, a [pro-censorship] activist…at a press conference…put on by [Texas] Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick [claiming there are] “dirty books” in school libraries…“I’m here because God has given me [a mission],” Wallace [psychotically continued, bragging about her personal censorship crusade before]…Patrick [idiotically claimed]…that enforcement of [a book ban law] wasn’t the state banning books…and…[calling for state persecution and firing of] librarians…“We’re coming for the books,” he later added…[calling very tame sex education] books…“so disgusting, so filthy, so dirty, so vulgar, so pornographic that for the ladies here, I wouldn’t even open it and show you”…His primary example was Let’s Talk About It, a 2021 sex education graphic novel by married couple Erika Moen and Matthew Nolan…[and he specifically flagged a suggestion that readers] consult a medical professional for health information…[the statement that] sex toys…exist…[and the statement that] pornography…can be unrealistic…
This sickness will get much worse before it gets better:
Uber is updating its teen account feature to allow parents to use the selfie cameras on Uber drivers’ phones to [spy] on their teenage [offspring] during ridehail trips. Since first launching teen accounts in 2023, Uber has touted the myriad ways parents can [spy] on their [offspring], from PIN verification to live GPS tracking…the new feature…[is] ready to roll out nationwide over the next few weeks. Drivers who have opted in to accept underage passengers will [for] now…be asked to [allow]…the s[urveillance, but refusing consent won’t be an option for long]…
Local politicians’ virtue-signaling is powerless against the fascist panopticon:
…local officials from at least 75 agencies across Illinois [feed] information to federal immigration [goons]…in…violation of state law…pre[tend]ed [to be] a shield against it…Illinois’s TRUST Act is one of the [most] strong[ly-worded] laws in the nation meant to protect immigrants and has often been cited as a national model. More than a dozen states, including New York and California, have similar laws. But…records…show a pattern of continued collaboration with federal…[pogroms]: Sheriffs honoring ICE detainers the law forbids them to honor. [Cop shops] emailing [ICE goons] the home addresses, employers, and daily whereabouts of people stopped for speeding…[pigs] with a local badge and an ICE email address, sharing immigration data that’s supposed to be off-limits to them. Jails releasing people directly to waiting ICE agents…at least 150 people [so far have been] uprooted from their lives in Illinois and funneled into the deportation system, in a state whose [politicians have falsely] promised over and over again that it wouldn’t happen here…
On the Simultaneous Having and Eating of Cake (#1614)
A big step forward for treating sex work as work:
…the Nevada State AFL-CIO [has] adopted a resolution in support of sex workers’ right to organize…with unanimous support…“Sex work is work, and these workers deserve to be treated as such,” [Nevada AFL-CIO vice president Marc] Ellis said…“sex workers can know they have the full support of all members of the AFL-CIO”…
Much, much, MUCH more of this, please:
On August 11, a[n Ohio] grand jury re[fused to indict]…Cody Morelock…[for] destroying a Flock S[urveillance camera]…de[spite] surveillance footage…from other Flock cameras on the same network…The no-bill doesn’t legalize destroying cameras…[or] cancel Flock’s Ohio contracts. But when a grand jury declines to treat smashing a surveillance camera as [a] serious felony…that signals something real about where public sentiment sits — and that tension isn’t resolving anytime soon…
Other recent actions by anti-surveillance freedom fighters include eight cameras stolen in Winona, Minnesota, six in Duluth, and two in Plymouth, and two in Pageland, South Carolina. Flock is so nervous about the threat to its fascist revenue stream that it is now demanding a “compromise” between basic civil rights and unconstitutional warrantless surveillance, absurdly claiming that it isn’t the unconstitutional warrantless surveillance company‘s fault if cops predictably use its unconstitutional warrantless surveillance cameras for unconstitutional warrantless surveillance.
I find paywalls distasteful, and so many people find this blog valuable as a resource I just can’t bring myself to install one. Cop deals with problems exactly as he was trained & encouraged to, and everyone is shocked:
A [Florida cop murdered] his [ex-]girlfriend and then [killed] himself…Troy Savetz…was [lurking at his victims’s] house [when she return from an outing with her two children]. He [accosted her] and…[when she] tried to call 911, [he stole her] phone…She then told her children to go in the house and call 911…Savetz…the[n abducted the woman] and to[ok her about]…6 miles [away, where he shot her]…
The 100% predictable outcome of handing this kind of power to thugs:
A new report by the Ohio Immigrant Alliance…re[veals]…a [predictable] level of sexual criminal behavior within ICE and CBP. Out of 152 cases of identified [goons] accused or convicted of criminal behavior, 131 of them, or 86.2 percent, were charged with sex offenses. Seventy-eight of them—51 percent of the entire cohort—”committed sex offenses against children—the single largest category on the list”…these are just the [goons] known to be…[sex] crim[inals]. Indictments are rare…
This will never stop without aggressive resistance:
The [Trump regime]…has [install]ed Flock cameras…at [national] parks including…Yosemite…and…rangers are not happy about it…“Surveillance is a disrespectful invasion of privacy”…[said one]…Another…said…“Every American should be free to visit our national parks without…being…tracked by the federal government”…
…Flock S[urveillance] has [lied] for years that its technology “cannot recognize, identify, or track individuals.” It has now built a system that…can identify drivers and track vehicles by their patterns of movement alone…the tool can pick out potential witnesses by how often their cars pass through a neighborhood, or surface a driver’s “associates” from the cameras they [both] pass…the system also reaches police case files, 911 dispatch logs, and commercial identity records, [so] those plates can be turned into names, home addresses, and relatives. It can search for people in an area drawn on a map based on nothing more than a physical description…and [return]…arrest records, case files…Social Security numbers, dates of birth, phone numbers, email addresses, relatives and associates…One prompt Flock pre-loaded into the system reads: “Find me witnesses based on vehicles most seen in [neighborhood] during [last 14 days] during [daily timeframe]…Another prompt instructs the system to list everyone arrested more than twice in two years for “any offense”…and then…map where those people live…
Cops will abuse warrantless surveillance for as long as it exists:
A [Polk County Florida cop named]…Christopher Anthony Goodson…was arrested on Aug. 11…[for using the Flock surveillance system to stalk his estranged wife 717 times in two years, and] was [rewarded with a] paid [vacation]…Goodson[‘s]…supervisor [had no clue about his behavior until the victim was]…contacted by The Washington Post
, which…[had discovered the flagrant ab]use [while preparing a story]…Goodson [tried to excuse] his [crime by characterizing it as “]keep[ing] track of his children’s location when they were with her”…[but he tried to cover it up by inputting bogus] reasons for his searches, [accus]ing [her of] road rage and reckless driving, drug possession, traffic infractions, theft, fleeing police, and assault-battery offenses…other recent
incidents [of Flock abuse include] a…Massachusetts…[cop named Jason Rogers stalking the ex-girlfriend he had abused, and a]…Wisconsin [cop named Cristian Morales stalking his then-current girlfriend]…
These things are designed to appeal to the dregs of humanity:
a…large number…of videos [have been] recorded at middle and high schools using [perve]rt glasses — almost always [Mark Zuckerberg]’s [Pervert] Glasses™, d[isguised as ordinary]…Ray-Ban [glasses] — and shared to…TikTok and Instagram…Much of the behavior on display is plainly harassment and bullying, often filmed without the subjects’ knowledge or consent and uploaded online to humiliate them further. [Predictab]ly, every single one…[was] captured by teen boys — and their bad behavior was overwhelmingly directed at girls…[Unfortunately, even though] schools aren’t exactly public spaces…[and] several states…have two-party consent laws…[the schools themselves and the police state they serve have set a bad precedent by spying on students both in classrooms and out for years]…

BMW…suddenly started pushing ads for Spider-Man: Brand New Day onto [its] dashboards…and some drivers who forked up to $160,000 for a [status symbol] aren’t very happy about being spammed when they start their cars…BMW has been pushing increasingly intrusive videos onto its dashboard…[one owner explained] “They started off with mostly just celebratory videos, which slowly became ads about their own products, and now…third-party ads…with the screen controlling almost every feature of the car, you’re essentially forced to watch the ad before you can interact with your own property.” Several commenters compared the…ad to Apple’s famously backfired 2014 stunt of putting a U2 album into the iTunes libraries of more than half a billion customers. Sleeping with a cop is one of the most dangerous things a woman can do:
[A] Seattle [cop named] Marlon Williams-Booth was arrested in late May for…[attack]ing his wife…[After she escaped]…he…called [one of his cronies] at the [cop shop] and [lied] that his wife pulled a gun on him…[when] Thurston County deputies [arrived they found him] hostile…drunk…and [only marginally coherent, so they] left and took a statement from [his] wife at a hotel…[she explained]…that she was leaving him. At [his] insistence, she always carried her firearm when she left the house…when he…blocked [her] exit…he asked…if she was carrying, and she patted [her] holster…he [then] lunged at her…pinned her…against the wall…[took] the gun from the holster, grabbed her by the hair…[threw] her to the ground…[and put] the gun…[to] her [head]…she double-kicked him in the chest and escaped out the window…[all] the evidence was consistent with [the] wife’s account…On the way to jail, he…continued ranting, claiming to be “one of the elite heroes of downtown Seattle”…[and bragging about] how many people [he had murdered; in reality]…SPD records [showed] Williams-Booth has never fired his weapon on duty or been fired upon…
[Cop shop]s around the country [are routinely using] Flock cameras…to search for specific people, not cars, using searches [as vague] as “heavy-set male”…“person on skateboard”…[or] “backpack”…while most people associate Flock cameras with…tracking vehicles, some of the cameras are also capable of following the movements of particular people…These are called “FreeForm” searches, and allow cops to use Flock’s system as though they would use a search engine…“giant oceans of video data can now be searched the same way big text files can be, including for…t-shirts, tattoos, and bumper stickers. Even without face recognition, that’s a significant increase in surveillance capability,” [said] Jay Stanley…[of] ACLU…The searches sometimes stretch across dozens or even nearly a hundred networks of Flock cameras at once…[and routinely] pull up images of innocent or unrelated people…
Stalkers in Blue (Nosey Parkers) 
With warrantless surveillance, no woman is safe from cops:
A [Georgia cop named]…Kabiru Salawu was [fired and criminally] charged [after being caught]…misus[ing the Flock] license plate [reader network to stalk women]…He’s currently in jail, being held without bond. His arrest is the latest in a [long but predictable] string of incidents in which Georgia [cops] have been [caught] misusing this technology…CBS Atlanta [reports] at least 10 other[s]….
