They’re trying to pretend these aren’t typical and representative by calling them “rookies”:

Two [typical and representative] NYPD [cops have finally been] arrested for [armed robbery of] two [sex workers] and [sexual assault of] one of them while [wearing their magical clown costumes]…Justin Colon…and Justin McMillan…[followed typical cop procedure by turning off their] body-worn cameras…so that their [violent crimes] would not be recorded…[prosecutors are already trying to prejudice possible jurors by barfing out the word “]prostitution[” and giving the rapists paid vacation since they committed the crimes]…in July…[they assaulted the first] woman [they encountered], throwing her purse to the ground and stealing a key…[they then] returned eight hours later and used the key to enter an apartment, where they [robbed and sexually assaulted] another woman…both women fled from [the dangerous thugs] after they were robbed…

Stalkers in Blue (#1396)

Cops are sexual predators who often specifically target traumatized women:

A woman who was groomed by a predatory [London cop] has received an apology from the Metropolitan Police after the [other cops] blamed her and spread false information about her mental health instead of investigating him…Phil Hunter…[was sent to her home on a so-called “]welfare visit[” after some busybody called them] in 2017…[but cops ignored her complaints about his stalking her for] seven…year[s until he]…was found guilty of gross misconduct a[nd sacked] in August…[for the same behavior with a different] victim…[the cop-defamed victim] said…”Surely predators are more drawn to vulnerable people with mental health issues than people that can stand up to them, so…surely they would investigate that more, not less, had it been true?  What about other women who’ve come forward who do have a mental health issue of some description and they’ve completely ignored them on that basis?”…

Good riddance to bad rubbish:

A [typical and representative] Kansas [cop] about to [finally] stand trial on charges that he kidnapped and raped two women…was found dead [by suicide on December 2.  Cops]…discovered the body of Roger Golubski…after he failed to show up [to face the music] in his long-awaited trial in Topeka…Golubski was…[a serial rapist of] vulnerable Black women…[who] hand-picked his victims[, many of them sex workers,] because he was confident they would never be believed….federal authorities [were also prosecuting him for being part of a violent pimping scheme.  For decades, boss cops ignored stacks of complaints about Golubski’s use of threats and sexual violence to cultivate a vast network of informants and coerce some of them into fabricating testimony to cage innocent human beings he targeted, but that changed when one of his victims], Lamonte McIntyre, [sued him after being] released from prison in 2017 after more than 23 years behind bars.  The parties settled the case in June 2022 with county officials agreeing to pay the McIntyres $12.5 million…

You’d think “youth pastor” would be a big red flag by now:

A [South Carolina] youth pastor [named]…Andrew Payne was arrested and charged with [molesting]…a minor in the [congregation]…he…was [report]ed on January 14 [but the cops only got around to arresting him in October]…

But go on, keep teaching kids to respect these “authorities”:

A MAGA youth pastor favored by…Jerry Falwell Jr has been charged with coercing minors to [submit to rape] and send him pornographic images.  Zachary Radcliff…of…Michigan [has been molesting teens since at least]…2011…

Droit du Seigneur (#1174)

This is a long, detailed look at what happens when an entitled rapist cop is caught: a horrifying ordeal for the victim, and nearly every part of the criminal court system bending over backward to accommodate, make excuses for, and coddle the rapist, even after conviction; in this case, rapist boss hog Larry Clay has used various excuses to have his sentencing delayed 12 times since his conviction in April of ’23, so as to delay his transfer from a small-town jail where he’s relatively well-treated “to a federal prison as a former police chief and convicted child sex offender”.

These rapists only faced consequences because a prosecutor was squicked out by their behavior:

It’s unusual that they didn’t make this sound like the rapist was doing his victims a favor:

The owner of a bail bonds company [in] Central Florida has been arrested on charges of human trafficking and racketeering…Russell “Bruce” Moncrief of Moncrief Bail Bonds…[forced women] to [submit to rape]…in exchange for being bonded out of jail…If a [woman] refused to [submit], she would not be bonded out or her bond was revoked…Moncrief [has apparently] been engaging in these practices for over a decade…

When will the mainstream media admit that pigs in schools are a menace?

[A Utah cop paid to lurk in schools in order to spy on, harass, and intimidate students] has been arrested for [molesting]…a minor.  Colton Johansen was a[lso charged with] tampering with evidence [but actually gave himself away somehow.  The cops want you to]…believe…the [student he molested was at a different]…school [from the one they are responsible for giving him access to]…

Policing for Profit

This will never stop until it is treated as what it is: armed robbery:

The predatory, for-profit policing of the Lexington [Mississippi cop shop] has repeatedly violated the civil rights of residents, making arrests equal to roughly a fourth of the entire town’s population and burdening them with fines and debts of over $1.7 million…around $1,400 for every man, woman and child in the town…[a DoJ] report details a litany of brutal, extractive practices primarily aimed at the Black residents of Lexington: countless arrests over extreme minutiae, including…“jailing people for conduct that is not criminal, like using profanity and owing money to the police.”  Since 2021, Lexington police have engaged in an aggressive campaign of punishment, often violent, against the residents of the town…the Lexington Police…Department’s funding ballooned from…$662,925 to $965,130 in 2023, all a consequence of the plunder…[civil rights lawyer] Jill Collen Jefferson…said the residents of Lexington have lived under what amounts to a state of occupation…Police Chief…Charles Henderson…[h]as a[lso tried to coerce] roughly a dozen women [into] sex, jailing or ticketing those who refused…[and] multiple [Lexington cops]…routinely [follow his example]…

Politicians want to pay for “self-care” for cops traumatized by raping dirty whores:

Both houses of Congress have approved the IMPACTT Human Trafficking Act…and it’s now awaiting President Joe Biden’s signature.  The bill would provide “self-care” services to Homeland Security Investigations…staff [“]exposed[” to women they infantilize as “]victims of human trafficking[” they choose]…to subject…to…traumatizing experiences…[most] of the “human trafficking” work the agency does just involves plain old prostitution stings…particularly when the[y] target Asian massage businesses.  At best, these stings tend to be dubious uses of resources and authority…At worst, they put people vulnerable to violence and sexual exploitation in more precarious positions—by [brutaliz]ing…sex workers and saddling them with court fees and criminal records…or [steal]ing…the assets of immigrant sex workers and masseuses…and even [raping them]…

The Vultures Descend (#1323)

It’s rare to see a modern judge explicitly rule in favor of self-ownership:

A judge in Georgia…[named] Robert McBurney…ruled the [state’s 6-week] abortion ban unconstitutional under Georgia’s state constitution…“‘liberty’…in Georgia includes in its meaning, in its protections, and in its bundle of rights the power of a woman to control her own body, to decide what happens to it and in it, and to reject state interference with her healthcare choices,” McBurney wrote…“While the State’s interest in protecting ‘unborn’ life is compelling, until that life can be sustained by the State ― and not solely by the woman compelled by the Act to do the State’s work ― the balance of rights favors the woman”…Physicians in the state can now provide abortions until fetal viability, reverting to Georgia’s 2019 abortion law…

A Moral Cancer (#1450)

Prohibitionism is a dangerous mental illness:

Various “experts” are calling on state governments to impose age restrictions on the sale of nonalcoholic drinks…under the guise of protecting against underage alcohol consumption, based on the argument that products like nonalcoholic beer could be a gateway to the real thing…[but in] reality…studies [show]…”[nonalcoholic beverage] consumption usually started after adolescents began consuming alcohol”…in other words…teenagers are using nonalcoholic beverages in place of alcoholic beverages, rather than as an on-ramp to real drinking…

I Spy (#1461)

If “official” busybodies can spy on you via your car, so can unofficial ones:

…a group of independent security researchers revealed that they’d found a flaw in a web portal operated by…Kia that let the researchers reassign control of the internet-connected features of most modern Kia vehicles…from the smartphone of a car’s owner to the hackers’ own phone or computer…they were able to scan virtually any internet-connected Kia vehicle’s license plate and within seconds gain the ability to track that car’s location, unlock the car, honk its horn, or start its ignition at will.  After the researchers alerted Kia to the problem in June, Kia appears to have fixed the vulnerability in its web portal…But Kia’s patch is far from the end of the car industry’s web-based security problems…a slew of similar web-based vulnerabilities…affect…cars sold by Acura, Genesis, Honda, Hyundai, Infiniti, Toyota, and more…

The Cop Myth (#1464)

“Cop murders wife or girlfriend and claims it was suicide” is a recurring theme in this tag:

…Dan Howard, a [typical and representative]…Idaho [cop murdered his wife]…in February 2021…[then staged the scene to look like a suicide, claiming] he discovered his wife in the bathtub….[where] she had shot herself in the head…[but] there [wasn’t enough]…blood…In the laundry room, the dryer was running…[and] full of clean bath towels and mats…Howard appeared to have recently showered, changed his clothes, and applied fresh deodorant…no…signs of…a suicide note…they…had more than $2 million in assets…yet…Howard [was a tightwad, and they started to argue more after he got away with murdering]…a woman during a traffic stop…the…[wife,] Kendy…had an affair, and…told Dan she…wanted a divorce.  And she had started the process of buying a new house.  By the end of January 2021, just days before her death, Kendy met with a divorce lawyer…two years…[later] Howard was [convicted of] murder.  He…had…[broken] her jaw, then [strangled] her…[and] staged the scene by placing Kendy’s body in the bathtub and shooting her…

German…politician…Martin Neumaier…was [featured] in…several videos and photos…performing…fetishistic acts [which] began to circulate this week…the media was verified as authentic…[and Neumaier] said he had filmed them “voluntarily and with pleasure,” adding that all viewers…“had the right to…publish it wherever they see fit.”  In one of the videos, Neumaier could be seen naked while reciting the first verse of Nazi-era German national anthem and using an anal dildo…in another, Neumaier inserted a feces-covered dildo into his rectum before smearing it on a Quran.  In other videos, Neumaier was heard expressing his desire to “rape to death” one of the 12 wives of the Prophet Mohammed, smearing feces on his face and body, and licking public toilet seats…[now another] politician…[named Rene Dierkes claims] he ha[s] evidence [of] Neumaier…procuring young boys for sexual abuse…Neumaier [has in response] filed a criminal complaint against unknown persons alleging blackmail…

As long as sex work is criminalized, rapist cops will target sex workers:

A [typical and representative Florida cop named]…Stephen Corbin [h]as…be[en]…arrested…[for attem]ting [to] sexual[ly] assault…at…[least two sex workers in Daytona Beach].  Sheriff Mike Chitwood [used the occasion to bloviate a lot of pompous nonsense one could barely believe was spewed by a grown adult]…Corbin…threaten[ed] the women [with arrest]…and [has apparently] picked…up [sex workers] in [the past] and [properly] paid for sex…

The Face of Trafficking 

Oh look, she managed to call for help without “hotlines” and magic bathroom stickers:

A 17-year-old girl was able to save herself from [an abductor] by texting 911…with “pleas for help” around 3 a.m. on May 9…[in] Ventura County [California.  She]…began texting landmarks and other “identifiable information” she was seeing, which helped the agency quickly dispatch deputies to the correct area…Investigators…believe…[she] was [brought] to Ventura County roughly two months ago from Mexico.  She has been placed with the county’s Children & Family Services until authorities can locate her family…[cops] arrested Gerardo Cruz…his bail is set at half a million dollars…

The story repeatedly uses the words “trafficking” and “trafficked”, but in the absence of information about the purpose and manner of the abduction, more neutral words are called for to avoid making the girl the unwilling subject of prohibitionist wanking fantasies.

Little Boxes (#837)

The shittiest-paying sex work ever:

The Cop Myth (#1432)

Cop violence is never limited to members of the public:

A Prince George’s County [cop] has been suspended and placed on house arrest fo[r attacking his wife on May 14th]…Robert Harvin III smash[ed] his wife’s iPhone and assault[ed] her after she…caught him on the phone with his mistress…Harvin…pushed her, dragged her to the floor and…choke[d her]…once she was able to break free, she grabbed Harvin’s…police radio and called for help.  Harvin [absurdly] claims the [violence] was “mutual, like Matrix”…[but his own] Google Nest kitchen camera revealed…Harvin’s wife “yelling and screaming for him to get away from her.”  Their doorbell camera footage also shows him “actively assaulting [his wife] by dragging and punching her”…

Nor is it limited to male cops:

Two [married] Detroit [cops have been] suspended [and] charged with child abuse….Jared…and Liana Shaw…are…[typical] and…representative…and…both…[aggressively choked] Liana’s two children…a 12-year-old boy and a 15-year-old girl….[because the] son…tried to intervene when the pair had been fighting…[the boy’s] grandmother…called the cops when she saw what was happening.  The two children are staying with her while this case works its way through the courts.  Three of Jared’s children have also been placed with relatives.  The Shaws…bond[ed out and are currently at large]…

Leaving the 20th Century (#1438)

Looks like I was wrong about Belgian decrim:

…Belgium…is trying to bring sex workers into “social protection” programs and employee benefits…The decriminalization law was a first step to making sex workers eligible for such things.  The second step was the law…that The Publica makes sound like a horrifying, dystopian mess…Under the decriminalized system, sex workers could be self-employed, and they could hire third parties to help them in various ways.  They could also be freelance workers in an establishment run by someone else.  But sex workers could not themselves be employees.  Under the new law, “sex workers will also be able to work under an employment contract, thus gaining access to social security: pension, unemployment, health insurance, family benefits, annual vacation, maternity leave,” according to UTSOPI…the law imposes obligations on both businesses that employ sex workers and on sex workers who work for those businesses…we’re not talking individual “pimps” (a one-person sex work business cannot legally hire employees) but registered businesses that have contracted as a sex work employer and taken on all the responsibilities that entails…

In my defense, I must point out that the scheme grants government so much say in business relationships I confused it for legalization until Liz Brown broke it down for me.

Prohibition turns the body of every citizen into a “crime scene”, which can be violated by cops at will:

Pennsylvania [cops] have reached a settlement with a woman who [was subjected to] an unnecessary and humiliating strip-search after she was pulled over for a minor traffic violation…by [lying rapist] Brian Rousseau…he [and another male cop threatened and coerced her into “]consent[ing”] to [a] search [of] her vehicle…but [they] found no sign of drugs, illegal weapons, or other [excuse they could use to molest her].  However, that wasn’t enough for the[m to get their jollies, so they called] a female [cop to molest her.  But when]…Elish [told the female cop] that she didn’t know [why they were targeting her]…the female [cop refused to actually root around in her vagina and anus, disappointing]…Rousseau…[who then decided to ticket] Elish…for driving five miles per hour over the speed limit.  That…was dropped…when Rousseau failed to appear at the hearing…

If Men Were Angels

A [Catholic] priest [named Fernando Gonzalez Ortega]…has been arrested [in Brownsville, Texas] for multiple sex-trafficking charges and…continuous sexual abuse of a child…

To Molest and Rape (#1280)

Chicago originally hid this costumed rapist’s picture:

A [typical and representative] Chicago [cop skated with a mere]…year in federal prison…for the [rape]…of a transgender woman in..his [pigmobile after threatening her with arrest]…James Sajdak…[raped the sex worker] on March 5, 2019.  He had originally faced up to life behind bars…but under [a cushy, cops-only] plea agreement with prosecutors, the sentence was capped at 12 months…Sajdak…[wept crocofile tears and made excuses in a transparent bid for sympathy]…Sajdak…[us]ed his [pigmobile] sirens [and magic clown costume to intimidate]…the victim…into [submitting to rape]…biting [her in the process] and [then throwing a few bucks at her so if he got caught he could claim it was a business transaction rather than a rape]…Sajdak had been recommended for firing more than 20 years ago [for theatening a parolee with] bogus drug charges…[then] in…2013…he and [his gang] se[xually assaulted]…a woman [under the pretext of a “]search[“]…

No Escape

This guy must be well-connected for the Big Pigs to pay attention to his girlfriend’s report:

A [typical and representative Texas screw named]…James Gray…[has been] arrest[ed]…for…[sexually] assaulting…[a prisoner who was not identified, though her boyfriend’s name is] Randall Vradenburg…He said she called him on [February 23rd] to tell him what happened…and…[the] hands[y screw was arrested and apparently sacked within days]…

To Molest and Rape (#1418)

Cops should not be allowed anywhere near legal minors:

[Typical and representative Oklahoma cop] Brandon LeDoux…face[s] felony charges…[for molesting a teenage girl,] attempt[ing] to [undress her, and]…showing [her porn]…on his smartphone [in what appears to be a clumsy attempt to seduce her]…

And it’s rare that they’re caught after only one victim:

A [typical and representative Missouri cop has been charged with]…additional sex crimes [after two more victims came forward]…Justin Durham…[was first] indicted…in September on charges of rape, sodomy, child pornography possession and sexual trafficking of a child…[then] a federal grand jury…indicted [him] in October on federal…child pornography [charges]…

Give sexually-aggressive thugs power over teens; what could possibly go wrong?

A [typical and representative] Yakima [Washington cop assigned to spy on, harass, and intimidate students] is now facing charges for a sexual relationship with a teen girl and for raping her drunk friend…Elias Huizar…got a protection order against the then 13-year-old girl after she allegedly told others they had a sexual relationship…and [contacted] his wife…[who]…divorce[d him later that year]…Huizar…re[-established contact with the girl in] 2022 when she was 15…she soon became pregnant, and their baby was born [last] April…She [then] started living with him and [is now] 17…on Feb. 2…[she was] drinking…[with a] younger girl [who got so drunk she] felt sick…Both were…asleep when Huizar’s girlfriend woke to find Huizar [rap]ing her friend…

UPDATE: It rapidly got much, much worse.

When will people get tired of sacrificing their daughters to the cop cult?

A [Pennsylvania cop assigned to spy on, harass, and intimidate students] was arrested on [February 13th] for [repeat]edly [moles]ting a student.  Jordan Jones..[wa]s charged…[after the girl] disclosed to a counselor that…Jones [had groomed and molested her]…

It’s rare they’re caught before they successfully molest any students, but the nauseating excuse-making in this story is not rare:

[Omar Connor, a cop paid to spy on, harass, and intimidate students] in Groton, Massachusetts, has been fired…[because] he harassed students and staff, including asking one student if she wanted to come to his house to have sex…[but dopey reporters seem to consider his cop shop’s claims about his “popularity” more credible than the statements of] students and [staff he harassed because one] parent…[claimed she] “Never…hear[d] anything bad about him, ever”…

I’m sure there’s some federal law which could be used against other state “prostitution” laws:

Tennessee’s decades-old aggravated prostitution statute violates the Americans with Disabilities Act, the U.S. Department of Justice [has] announced…warning that the state could face a lawsuit if officials don’t immediately cease enforcement.  Tennessee is the only state in the United States that imposes a lifetime registration as a “violent sex offender” if convicted of engaging in sex work while living with HIV, regardless of whether the person knew they could transmit the disease…The department is calling on the state to not only stop enforcing the law, but also remove those convicted under the statute from the sex offender registry and expunge their convictions…

Psychopathic rapist-murderer cop gets slap on the wrist:

Creepy Coppers (#1364)

Some cops don’t limit themselves to one type of creepiness:

A [typical and representative] New York co[p and screw named]…Jeffrey Thomas Singleton is behind bars [in] Pasco County…Florida…for possession of child pornography, video voyeurism, and sexual contact with animals…33 files of child pornography…were found…[plus] a hidden camera that he allegedly used to shoot videos of a girl undressing…[cops] also found images of Singleton engaging in sex…with his two dogs…

I could’ve filed either of these guys in two different tags, but this one seemed most pertinent:

A [typical and representative Minnesota cop]…previously accused of attempting to solicit sex from [other cops fantasy role-playing as teenagers online has been] re-arrested…on eight new charges…Mathew Richard Adamson…[took] photos of three adult women, two children, and one…[apparent] teen…[girl] using hidden cameras in various restrooms…[he also] saved screenshots of [women] in various states of undress…from a [cop surveillance camera hidden in the jail]…and [collected]…child pornography, featuring children ages 8-12…

Thought Control (#1366)

That they are willing to openly admit this is a sign of how bad things have become:

Florida…Attorney General Ashley Moody has declared th[at]…public schools…[and] libraries…do not exist to promote the free exchange of ideas, but rather, to “convey the government’s message.”  In a legal brief, the State of Florida argues it has a First Amendment right to remove…any book…from public schools and libraries…the state [contends that]…public school libraries are “a forum for government speech, [not a] forum for free expression”…

Vulture Watching (#1395)

Texas Supreme Court declares that the only way for doctors to know if an abortion is legal is to perform it and see if they get prosecuted:

The Texas Supreme Court [has] overturned a lower court order allowing an abortion for a pregnant woman whose fetus was diagnosed with a fatal condition, hours after her lawyers said she had decided to leave Texas for the procedure in the face of the state’s abortion bans.  The court ruled that…Kate…Cox’s doctor, Damla Karsan, “[did not correctly guess the magic words]…the court [wanted to hear to allow an]…exception[, so Cox just has to risk sepsis which will lead to infertility or even death]”…

To Molest and Rape (#1395)

Cops should not be allowed anywhere near legal minors:

“Continuous sexual abuse” also describes this cop’s behavior:

[cop named Charles Johnson II] has been sentenced to…32 years in prison…[for] sexually abus[ing his girlfriend’s daughter,] who was nine and ten years old at the time…he took advantage of her when[ever] she was left in his care…[after] his release, Johnson will be [condemned] to [the]…sex offender [registry] for the remainder of his life…
